AIBE 20 Registration 2025: Passing the All India Bar Examination is required to practice as an advocate in court, which means obtaining a license to practice law. The exam is conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The deadline to apply for the 20th All India Bar Examination is near. The 20th All India Bar Examination will be held on November 30, 2025. The admit card will be released on November 15th.
Eligibility for the All India Bar Exam
To appear for the All India Bar Exam, candidates must have a three- or five-year LLB degree. Candidates must also be enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council. There is no age limit for this exam.
Qualifying Marks for the All India Bar Exam
To pass the All India Bar Exam, candidates in the General and OBC categories must obtain 45% marks, and candidates in all other categories must obtain 40% marks.
