Bhopal's Barkatullah University Gets Place In MEI World Ranking 2025

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Barkatullah University has received place in Merit, Excellence and Impact (MEI) World Ranking 2025. It is a big achievement to the varsity and will establish it in the row of few high ranking varsities of the country and will also establish its identity at the international level.

The students of BU going abroad will for higher studies will not have to face the identity crisis as university name will appear in MEI certified varsities.

Vice Chancellor of BU, Professor SK Jain said that varsity will get benefitted immensely due to MEI ranking which automatically establishes at global level. Even foreign students may also start coming to varsity for study purpose.

It was Professor Ragini who led the team of BU for MEI certification. She said that BU is the first government university in the state which has received certificate of MEI which is headquartered in UK. From entire country, there are only three or four varsities which have MEI recognition.

MEI do evaluation of higher education institution on education quality, effectiveness of research, innovations, global assistance, student satisfaction etc. its evaluation process is the toughest one. It parameters also capture the digital infrastructure, E-learning etc.
