This Morning star Joel Dommett has admitted he's "petrified" as he gave a rare insight into his personal life.
The I'm A Celebrity winner, 40, is stepping in to host the ITV daytime show with Emma Willis this week, while Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley take a break.
During Wednesday's programme, the discussion turned towards children growing up and eventually leaving their family home, with Kay Burleyand Tom Swarbrick sharing their parenting insights.

Upon hearing that for those who do have children at home, the average weekly supermarket shop during the summer holidays is more than £400, Joel admitted he is "petrified" of the future.
"You've got all this to come Joel," mum-of-three Emma said, to which he replied: "That seems absolutely mad, I know this is what is petrifying for me, I'm hearing you guys talk about all this various different stuff and I just feel petrified every single day.
"There is so much future ahead of us, it's so scary."
He went on: “Every now and again, me and Hannah will be sat at the dinner table and we’ll start talking about the future or something, and she’ll just cry at the thought of them one day moving out when they’re 19. It’s so far away!”
“You’ve got lots of time, I know it’s a cliché but it does go really quick,” Emma replied.
Joel married wife Hannah Cooper in 2019, with the couple welcoming their son Wilde in September 2023.
Just months later, The Masked Singer presenter confessed he almost missed the birth, recalling their trip to a private hospital while Hannah waited to go into labour.
During that time, Joel opted for a meal from the luxury menu, including a duck with red wine jus and a lamb shank.
“All you need to know about the story is, is I’m unbelievably tight, like I really… this is the most money I’ve ever spent on anything in my life,” he began.
He said he thought the meal was included so “tried to order what I thought looked to be the most expensive”, continuing: “About 12 hours in, we’re then in the throes of it. It’s happening. The gown is off, my wife is like ‘Arghhhh’, the contractions are happening quickly, that’s the point where the duck with a red wine jus arrives.”
After enjoying his meal, Hannah was advised to go to sleep mid-labour, at which point Joel thought it would be “a perfect time for another meal”.
This time he left the room, admitting: “What I didn’t know was that whilst I was out of the room, she woke up and they said, ‘Oh, it’s time to push, it’s time to birth your baby.’”
When Hannah questioned Joel’s whereabouts, she was told by a nurse that he was “next door having a lamb shank,” but luckily he made it back just in time.
“[The meal] was so good, it was delicious,” he added on Angela Hartnett and Nick Grimshaw’s Dish podcast. “So our baby is called lamb shank and we are hoping to have more cutlets.”
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV1
