Meghan Markle blushes at TV star's cheeky 9-word joke in Netflix teaser

A fresh clip from the forthcoming second series of With Love, Meghan, reveals the Duchess of Sussex baking alongside Queer Eye fashion guru Tan France. In the teaser for the Netflix programme, France, 42, informs the 44-year-old duchess that her flower sprinkles are "the gayest s*** I've seen in a long time."

The expletive is censored, prompting Meghan to erupt in laughter. The sprinkles form part of Meghan's As Ever collection, which debuted in March, featuring ready-to-bake shortbread biscuits and pancake mixes with pre-portioned ingredients. This comes as Meghan receives a candid assessment of her culinary abilities from a renowned chef.

In the footage, Meghan sports a blue and white striped top, whilst Tan dons a blue denim shirt. Comments remain disabled on Meghan's Instagram account, where the preview has been posted, though supporters have responded to the fresh glimpse on Twitter (X).

"I can't wait for season 2 of #WithLoveMeghan," Big Brother personality Narinder Kaur enthused to her followers whilst sharing the clip. Flower sprinkles galore and the "gayest sh*t ever" as Tan France says (we all love British Asian Tan France).

"Meghan always brings such a sweet vibe back. With Love already feels like comfort in a show," another proclaimed as a third remarked: "Flower sprinkles and that infectious laugh? Meghan, you're making my day already."

However, not everyone is thrilled to witness series two of With Love, Meghan tomorrow, reported the Mirror.

"Nah pass! So many canceled series that performed better," one Twitter user complained to Netflix as the streaming giant shared the same teaser.

"Really looking forward to not watching it," one disgruntled subscriber raged as another quipped: "Thanks for the tip off wouldn't watch anyway if I had Netflix."

Amongst the celebrity guests joining the former Suits actress during the eight episodes will be US model and TV personality Chrissy Teigen and Queer Eye star Tan France, as well as podcaster Jay Shetty and his cookbook author wife Radhi Devlukia.

Also featuring will be chefs Samin Nosrat, Clare Smyth, Christina Tosi, Jose Andres and David Chang, and Meghan's close friends, pilates instructor Heather Dorak and makeup artist Daniel Martin.

A previous trailer released earlier this month revealed Meghan cooking, baking and crafting with her celebrity friends and saying: "I love the idea of just spending time together ... and finding new ways to show people you care."

Series one of With Love, Meghan was slated by critics. One review in The Guardian branded it a "gormless lifestyle filler" and "so pointless it might be the Sussexes' last TV show".

The series has a 3.2 rating out of 10 on IMDb.com. With Love, Meghan will return to the streaming platform on Tuesday, two weeks after Harry and Meghan announced a watered-down deal with Netflix.

They have inked a "multi-year, first-look deal for film and television projects", a stark contrast to their rumoured 100 million dollar (£74 million) contract from five years ago.
