Samsung shoppers can bag more than £260 of freebies when they order a new Galaxy smartphone this weekend. The deal is available for a limited time with the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G at online retailer Mobiles.co.uk.
The handset comes on iD Mobile's 100GB tariff, costing £14.99 per month and £59 upfront. Anyone ordering this package will receive a pair of free Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and the option to claim a Samsung 'Premium Pack' including a Galaxy Fit3, 45W 'superfast' charger and silicone phone case.
These free gifts are worth a combined £267.98, but time is running out to get the deal before it expires on Tuesday, August 19. After ordering the Samsung Galaxy A35 iD Mobile package, shoppers can head to the Samsung deals site to claim their extra bundle within 30 days.
The Samsung Galaxy A36 5G comes with 256GB of storage and a choice of four colours: black, white, lime and lavender. It first hit the market in March as an affordable entry into the Galaxy range, featuring a 6.7" Super AMOLED display and 50MP AI-enhanced camera, with innovative functions like Object Eraser letting users remove unwanted elements from a photo.
The phone is powered by Qualcomm's SM6475 processor for smooth and fast performance, with a long-lasting 5,000mAh battery offering up to 29 hours of video playback. The Galaxy A36 also boasts fast-charging capabilities, with an IP67 water and dust resistance rating and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ ensuring it stays protected from the elements.
Over the 24-month contract, the iD Mobile plan costs a total of £448.76. While this works out more expensive than buying outright from Samsung or Amazon for £399, shoppers won't receive any free earbuds from these retailers.
However, one downside of paying monthly is that most mobile networks increase their prices every year. Mobiles.co.uk has already confirmed that the £14.99 plan will increase to £16.49 from April 2026 and £17.99 from April 2027.
This also goes for Sky Mobile, which is throwing in a pair of free Galaxy Buds3 Pro worth £219 with its £22 Samsung Galaxy S25 package. But for those sticking with the Samsung Galaxy A35, this budget-friendly phone has achieved a 4.6-star rating after more than 279 reviews on the Samsung website.
One five-star review said: "Amazing, easy to use, battery life is fantastic. Camera is phenomenal and can edit so much with the lovely and big display. The performance and connectivity is brilliant compared to my old Galaxy."
Another said: "Excellent battery life, great camera, and it does everything I want from my phone."
This reviewer noted how the Galaxy A35 may not perform as well as Samsung's S series, saying: "Not the best device for most people as it feels slow and the camera is definitely better on the S range but it's great for saving money."
While another five-star review said: "Great phone. 8GB of RAM makes it much faster than my previous phone. Having Android 15 and One UI 7 makes it a very good day to day phone. Battery lasts well over a day and it recharges quickly."
