Tracking changes as part of a healthy lifestyle can be key to keeping momemtum. Shoppers have found a digital bathroom scale with on Argos that they say is "so accurate" in tracking things like BMI.
The Eufy Smart Electronic Scale P2, is reduced to £34.49 from £45.99, a 25% saving for shoppers. This smart scale has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functionality and has capability to monitor 15 measurements including body weight, body fat, BMI, muscle mass, bone mass, and more.
This smart piece of tech has an interactive 3D Avatar which mirrors measurements and offers a detailed visual of body changes for users. It can be synced with Apple Health, Google Fit or Fitbit via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, and users can create profiles on the app for the whole family.
The EufyLife app will handily sync records after each weighing (Body Fat Percentage, Body Mass Index, Height, Lean Body Mass, Weight) to Apple Health, for example. Users can share and track their health journey with other users too. It also comes with baby and pet modes - in case users fancied seeing how much their furry friend weighs in at.
Smart scales have become hugely popular and Boots has the Withings Body BMI Wi-Fi Scalefor £59.95. This scale says users get instant feedback via the weight trend and BMI screens, and it also automatically syncs with the Health Mate app. Another said: "Unlike many smart scales, with Wi-Fi sync, you don't have to have your phone with you while you weigh-in to synchronize your data."
There is also the RENPHO MorphoScan Smart Body Scale from Currys for £119.99. This scale has a bright LED display to help users see their numbers and measures over 50 body metrics. It also syncs with the Renpho Health app via Bluetooth, giving users data and progress in real time.
The Eufy Smart Electronic Scale has impressed buyers, with one person writing on Argos: "Best scales I've ever had. So accurate with BMI tracking. Due to health conditions it is very helpful in recording data and so easy to use with mobile app.
"It allows you to save data reports to your mobile to share with others. You can even set profiles for your pets! Now I monitor my Pugs weights. Amazing product, Eufy make good quality products so you won't be disappointed."
Another user said: "The app records it for you, as well as keeping track of your progress. App and scales are easy to set up and use. Along with the talking scales I also purchased, both sets of scales are probably the best ones I've had since the weight watchers ones, I previously purchased no longer connect to the app, and app doesn't work any more.
"Do recommend these Eufy ones though, and the app." A third person reckoned: "I bought it a month ago, the best decision of my life."
Eufy as a brand is also rated on Trustpilot, and one person said of equipment they bought: "The camera and overall system, is good. The App interface is confusing to navigate. It is not always clear to me how to get to a given setting - which I eventually find, but inevitably I have to click around until I stumble upon that for which I'm searching."
Someone else said: "Great scale. I thought I read somewhere there was a feature to hide your weigh ins, but I can not seem to find this. Also if privacy is important to you, from what I can see everyone on this unit can see your weigh ins."
