How to start an Esports career in InZoi? A beginner's guide to going pro

Send Push
So you wanna go from casual gamer to digital GOAT in InZoi? Say less. Becoming an esports athlete isn’t just about button-mashing or late-night caffeine binges (although those help). It’s about strategy, grind, and building your Zoi into a gaming machine. If you're dreaming of making it big in InZoi as an esports legend, here’s how to do it.
Step 1: Live Where the Action IsEsports in InZoi isn’t for the faint of heart—or the wrong ZIP code.

Rules of the grind:

  • You have to live in Dowon (it’s like the Seoul of InZoi)
  • Be a young adult or older. No teen prodigies here.
  • Ditch the day job. Full-time esports or nothing.

Step 2: Max That Programming SkillYour Zoi’s should be tech-savvy and have high programming skills if they want to outplay the meta.

Increase programming skills by:

  • Hitting up the PC or Plesio Gaming Café
  • Coding mods, apps, or full games at home
  • Sneaking off during school breaks to game (rebellious but worth it)
  • Reading programming books or theorycrafting with the squad
Step 2: Curate Your Zoi's PersonalityBefore you start climbing the esports ladder, your Zoi needs to look the part—and more importantly, think like a future pro.

Equip your Zoi with:

  • Go-Getter
  • Perfectionist
  • Leader
Also, set preferences to:

  • Gaming
  • Self-help books
  • Coffee

Step 4: Apply to DG EsportsOnce you’re of age and job-free, hit P > Careers app > DG Esports > Apply as Amateur Gamer.

Boom. You’re in.

Zois will have a set work schedule (3 days a week). Just keep them rested, fed, and ready. When work time hits, click go to work and watch them vanish into the esports void.
Step 5: Make Smart In-Game DecisionsEven if you can’t control your Zoi at work, the game throws decisions your way mid-shift. Quick thinking matters.

Sample pop-up:

“You’re 1v5. Fight or surrender?”

Pick wisely. These micro-moments shape your climb from noob to legend.
Step 6: Climb the RanksThere are 3 levels:

  • Amateur Gamer (264 Meows)
  • Pro Gamer (864 Meows)
  • Legendary Gamer (1998 Meows)
Work 6 full days without skipping shifts to get promoted. Keep your Zoi fed, rested, and on time. Progress is tracked in the Careers app. Easy peasy.

That’s it. No magic, no shortcuts. Just smart traits, skill grinding, and showing up. If your Zoi’s got what it takes, they’ll rise from the noob ranks to digital fame.
