Aaron Nesmith caught fire and couldn’t miss from beyond the arc. He dropped 30 points, including 8-of-9 from three, and shot nearly 70% overall. His hot hand helped Indiana take full control of the game.

Tyrese Haliburton led the way with 31 points and 11 assists in 42 minutes. He hit four threes, stayed efficient, and controlled the offense while only turning the ball over twice. His steady playmaking kept the Knicks on their heels all night.

Jalen Brunson put on a scoring show, dropping 43 points in just under 38 minutes. He shot an efficient 60% from the field and went 12-of-14 at the free-throw line. Though he struggled from deep, hitting only 1-of-6, Brunson stayed aggressive and kept attacking the paint. He also added five assists, but his seven turnovers hurt the team during key stretches.

Despite their efforts, the lack of support from the bench and the high number of turnovers made it tough to close the gap.
